沈阳工业大学硕士学位论文格式规范 PAGE - - PAGE I 基于MATLAB的双馈发电系统 仿真技术研究 MATLAB-Based Simulation Technology of Doubly-Fed Generation System 摘 要 随着人们对能源危机及环境污染的日益重视,风力发电在世界范围内得到了迅速发展,如何有效的提高机组容量与运行效率、最大限度地利用风能已成为风力发电技术研究的重要内容。在各种风力发电系统方案中,双馈风力发电系统以其独特的优点逐渐成为当今风力发电的主流。 本文首先详细分析了解了双馈风力发电系统的结构特点以及基本原理,包括风力机最大风能捕获原理、双馈感应发电机变速恒频发电原理及其功率流动特点、转子励磁变流器的矢量控制原理等。然后根据电机学中异步电机的相关知识推导了双馈感应发电机在三相静止坐标系下的数学模型以及运动方程;在对双PWM电压型变流器原理分析基础上,推导了网侧PWM变流器在三相静止坐标系下数学模型;为了便于控制系统设计,应用坐标变换技术将所建数学模型转换到两相旋转坐标系下;基于坐标变换技术和电机矢量控制理论,进行了电网电压定向的网侧变流器矢量控制设计和定子磁链定向的转子侧变流器矢量控制设计的研究;最后利用以上所建模型和已有的成熟的模块在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下搭建了系统的仿真模型,进行了亚同步速和超同步速时电机变速恒频发电和有功无功独立调节的仿真研究,仿真结果表明所设计的系统在实现了变速恒频发电的同时,实现了P、Q的完全解耦控制,验证了双馈感应风力发电系统理论分析和控制策略设计的正确性与可行性。 关键字:风力发电;变速恒频;双馈发电机;矢量控制 PAGE II Abstract With attachment importance to energy source scarcity and environment pollution the wind electric power generation has developed dramatically all over the world. How to enhance unit capacity and operation effectively and use the wind energy becomes important matter of the wind electric power generation. In various system alternatives, variable speed constant frequency doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) becomes mainstream for its advantages. This paper first detailed analysis about the structural characteristics and the basic principles of the double-fed wind power generation system, including the principles of the maximum wind energy capture, the Variable Speed Constant Frequency Operation principle and power flow characteristics of the doubly-fed induction generator, the vector control theory of the rotor excitation inverter, and so on. Then according to the knowledge about induction motor in Electrical Machines, the equations of motion and the mathematical models of double-fed induction generator in three-phase static coordinate system was derived; Based on the principle of dual PWM voltage source converter , the mathematical model of grid side PWM converter in three-phase static coordinate system was derived; In order to fac
