摘 要 巴润矿业公司选矿厂年处理原矿能力为1100万吨,给矿粒度为1200-0毫米。 白云鄂博铁矿西矿矿石的组成矿物种类繁多,但大多含量甚微,对选矿意义不大,可供选矿回收的有用矿物以铁矿物为主,但其中又以磁铁矿居多,磁性率在21.29%左右,采用单一磁选工艺。 工艺流程介绍如下:破碎为三段一闭路。磨选为阶段磨矿阶段选别工艺流程,一段磨矿分级的溢流给入一段弱磁,精矿产物品位为52.50%、产率为44.50%、回收率为75.34%;弱磁一尾矿进入中磁进行选别,其精矿和弱磁一精矿混合进入二次分级设备进行二次分级,分级溢流进入弱磁二,弱磁二精矿产物品位为61.80%、产率为36%、回收率为71.40%。磁选精矿接着给入细筛,筛下品位为62.81%、产率为35 %、回收率为70.89%。筛下产物给入弱磁三,弱磁三精矿进入弱磁四得到最终精矿,品位为67.30%、产率为31.50%、回收率为68.36%。 关键词:磁选;阶段磨矿;阶段选别 ABSTRACT Baron in processing ore mining company concentrator capacity of 1,100 tons of ore particle size to the 1200-0 mm.
