摘要 随着信息技术的飞速发展和日趋激烈的商业竞争，企业已不再满足于独立、零散的办公自动化应用，企业需要的是协同工作、综合、集成化的解决方案。而网络是解决由于物理距离造成的信息交流不畅、协商沟通不便的办公瓶颈问题的最佳方式。网上办公系统，是实现企事业内部各级部门之间以及内外部之间办公信息的收集与处理、流动与共享、实现科学决策的具有战略意义的信息系统。以先进成熟的计算机和通信技术为主要手段，建成一个覆盖办公部门的办公信息系统，提供使用单位与其他专用计算机网络之间的信息交换，建立高质量、高效率的 信息网络，为领导决策和日常事务提供服务，实现日常办公现代化、信息资源化、传输网络化和决策科学化。从而整体提高了单位办事效率和对信息的可控性，降低办公成本，提高执行力，使管理趋于完善。 关键词： ASP.NET技术;SQL Server 2005;B/S体系;网上办公系统  Abstract With the rapid development of information technology and increasingly fierce business competition, companies are no longer satisfied with an independent, fragmented office automation applications, enterprises need is to work together, comprehensive, integrated solution. Web Office System, is to achieve internal departments at all levels and between enterprises inside and outside the collection of information between the office and processing, flow and sharing of scientific decision-making to achieve strategic significance of information systems.
