摘 要
飞剪机的夹送装置是剪切前的输送装置,由电动机、减速装置、传动装置和夹送机构组成。其主要功能是按照剪切的速度进行输送原料。功能的实现靠上下两夹送辊摩擦着棒材进行。夹送机的设计大体分为三部分: 一是电动机及传动系统; 二是夹送整体; 三是夹送机构。本设计是以结构、制造和装配精度为设计的重点。
由于棒材的夹送机构用以完成飞剪过程前的输送给予,这种机构简单,尺寸精度不高,操作容易,维修方便。依据飞剪机的剪切过程前棒料传送的水平速度、轨迹的要求,确定设计变量,对飞剪机夹送机构进行设计,使夹送机的机械参数满足了剪切过程速度的要求,同时提高了飞剪机剪切性能和轧件的剪切质量。其设计过程为:
首先根据工厂的实际要求,即剪切棒材直径的大小,来选择电动机的功率。然后根据设计过程和机械加工过程的合理性,及其经济方面综合来考虑,选择45号钢再经过淬火和中温回火等热处理来设计它的具体零件。
具体零件的设计主要为:轴、齿轮和夹送辊。其中轴和齿轮为最主要设计对象。根据电机的功率和扭矩,由轴的设计公式确定轴的最小截面尺寸。然后在各个台阶处尺寸增大。最后较合轴的危险截面。由于没有横向力齿轮选用直齿轮,最后较合齿根弯曲疲劳强度和齿面接触疲劳强度。此过程中选择轴承。
