爱的教育--师德培训学习有感
X月x日上午,我和全市3000余名教师齐聚市一中,共同聆听了北京教育学院迟希新博士的专题讲座《新时期教师职业道德:角色定位与功能实现》。师德培训报告中,迟希新博士主要围绕新师德讨论的背景与缘由,新师德的内涵与特征,教师道德修养与自我定位,教师素质提升的现实路径以及关于教师伦理规范的思考五个方面进行了阐述。迟希新博士还通过大量图片、资料阐述了师德建设的重要性。通过学习,我体会颇深。
我对教师职业道德的重要有了更深切的体会。教师是人类灵魂的工程师,是教育过程中的主导力量,教育的优劣成败取决于教师,教师的道德品质的高低关系到教育质量的高低。崇高的职业和神圣的职责,要求教师必须具有良好的职业道德。我认为教师首先要爱孩子,必须对每一个孩子一视同仁,不能偏爱一部分孩子,而冷淡或歧视另一部分孩子。我们要关心每一位孩子的成长,爱孩子,尊重、理解孩子,以人为本,关心爱护孩子成长的每一步。
孔子说:“其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不从。”幼儿总是把教师看作学习、模仿的对象。为此,我们要为人师表,必须注重身教重于言教。一定要时刻注意自己的一言一行,以丰富的学识去引导人,以博大的胸怀去爱护人。
同时更重要的是必须要养成终身学习的习惯,我们应该活到老学到老,才能胜任这一富有挑战性的职业。我们应该不断地给自己充电,把读书当成一种习惯,把学习看作一种乐趣,从各种渠道汲取新的营养,使自己变得更为睿智。
在教育工作中要力求做到爱而得体、严而有理,才能把爱的动机和教育效果统一起来,才能有效地促进幼儿全面、主动、健康发展。
