中工 信商 2017-JX16- 本科毕业论文(设计) 中小型会展企业人力资源管理现状及对策分析 系 (部) 商学系 工商管理 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 提交日期 年 5 月 25日 摘要 在当今社会发展进程中,第三产业开始逐成为了经济发展的主导产业, 在2016年3月颁布的《“十三五”规划纲要》中在第二十四章明确指出加快推动服务业优质高效发展并指出要对相关的体制政策进行完善。会展业作为第三产业,作为服务业,在未来一个时期,会展业将会迎来新的发展契机,并会得到迅速发展。但是,目前我国会展各方面依然存在着不足,其中人力资源管理方面的不足最具有代表性。毕竟,企业间的竞争追根究底表现是人才的竞争。 本文以当前会展企业现状为依据,指出当前的进步,问题并以具体案例提出改进措施。第一章为引言,重点介绍此方面的研究背景,研究意义,国内外相关研究以及本文的研究方法,研究内容。第二章及以后重点从目前会展企业人力资源管理现状、存在问题的原因以及相关的对策这三方面入手并结合现实中的企业对中小型会展企业的人力资源管理现状以及对策进行分析。 关键词:会展企业,人力资源,目标管理,企业文化 Abstract In In todays social development process, the tertiary industry began to become the leading industry for economic development, in March 2016 promulgated the 13th Five-Year Plan in the twenty-fourth chapter clearly pointed out to accelerate the promotion of service quality Efficient development and pointed out that the relevant institutional policies to improve. Exhibition industry as a tertiary industry, as a service industry, in the next period, the exhibition industry will usher in a new opportunity for development, and will be rapid development. After all, the competition between enterprises is the result of talent competition. Based on the present situation of the current exhibition enterprises, this paper points out the current progress, the problems and puts forward the improvement measures in specific cases. The first chapter gives an introduction, focusing on the research results, related research and research methods at home and abroad, domestic and foreign related research and research methods, research content.
