毛冬青药材的指纹图谱余成霞1, 柳文媛12*, 冯锋3, 谢宁3丁黎1 中国药科大学 药物分析教研室; 药物质量与安全预警教育部重点实验室; 天然药物化学教研室 南京 210009: 研究毛冬青药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱, 为科学评价和有效控制其内在质量提供可靠方法。毛冬青药材指纹图谱HPLC-UV分析条件如下: Lichrospher C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 色谱柱; 流动相为乙腈?0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱, 检测波长为210 nm。根据色谱峰的紫外吸收光谱特征, 可将毛冬青药材的指纹图谱分为2个区域: 第一个区域的保留时间为5~35 min, 共9个主要色谱峰, 主要为木脂素类成分; 保留时间在35~80 min的色谱峰为第2区, 共7个主要峰, 多为皂苷类类成分。所建立的液相色谱指纹图谱特征性和专属性强, 可作为毛冬青药材内在质量控制的有效方法。 毛冬青; 高效液相色谱; 指纹图谱A 文章编号: 0513-4870 (2009) 04-0888-06 Studies on Fingerprint of Radix Ilicis Pubescentis YU Cheng-Xia1, LIU Wen-Yuan1,2*, XIE Ning3, FENG Feng3, DING Li1 (1. Department of Natural Medicinal Chemistry, China Pharmaceutical University, Nanjing 210009, China) Abstract: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic fingerprint for the quality control of Radix Ilicis Pubescentis, a traditional Chinese medicine derived from the root of Ilex pubescens Hook. et Am. The fingerprint was established by HPLC-DAD technique. Experiments of chromatographic fingerprint analysis were carried out using a Lichrospher C18 (250 mm ( 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a Hanbon Lichrospher C18 (50 mm ( 4.6 mm) guard column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid in gradient elution mode. Chromatographic display wavelength was set at 210 nm. DAD acquisition wavelength range was set from 200 to 400 nm. The established HPLC fingerprint is highly specific, and can be used to evaluate the quality consistency of different Radix Ilicis Pubescentis herbs.
