中华人民共和国教育部 东北林业大学 毕 业 设 计 设计题目： 哈尔滨某2X20T/h燃煤锅炉房设计 学 生： 蒋 森 指导教师： 苏 余 昌 副教授 学 院： 土木工程工程学院 专 业： 建筑环境与设备专业2005级2班 2009年6月 哈尔滨某2X20T/h燃煤锅炉房设计 摘要 毕业设计的主要内容包括：供热负荷的计算；锅炉台数和型号的选择；锅炉房水系统，鼓、引风机系统，上煤除渣系统，上煤除渣系统的设计和设备选择；锅炉房主、辅机间的工艺布置；锅炉房厂区的布置设计等。 在设计这个锅炉房时，对水系统的软化设备，软化水泵，软化水箱，除氧设备，除氧水箱，循环水泵，补水泵的选择都是按照有关的规定的进行计算和选择的。整个系统采用计算机进行自动控制，实现了对联合上煤、全自动软化水系统、自动除氧、自动补水的自控。系统自动化、智能化程度高，便于后期管理与运行。本设计采用湿式除渣；灰渣丛渣斗直接运走，在有限的条件下保护了工作环境及其周边的环境。 本次锅炉房设计从搜集参考资料开始。资料包括锅炉房建设地点的气象、地理、水电资料。根据用户用热性质确定锅炉类型，根据总热负荷和供热负荷曲线确定锅炉容量和锅炉台数，确定锅炉房总体布局。 本设计我对锅炉的总热负荷进行计算，对锅炉系统的管径、水系统阻力进行计算。我对锅炉房内的辅机设备进行选择计算。我根据计算绘制锅炉房设备布置平面图、锅炉房水管布置平面图和剖面图，绘制锅炉房水系统原理图和设备安装大样图。我最后统计工程量，完成锅炉房设备及安装的总预算。 关键词：燃煤锅炉房设计；水系统；锅炉房概预算  A design of　2X20T / h coal-fired boiler house in Harbin Abstract The graduation project include: the calculation of the heat load; number of boilers and models; boiler room water systems, drums, induced draft fan system, the removal system of the coal slag, the design of the system that removes the coal slag and the selection of device; the layout of; the layout of the main room and auxiliary room; the design of the boiler room plant. In the design of the boiler room when the water softening system, the device of water softening, softening tanks, the device that removes oxygen , circulating pumps, pumping up the water automaticly?are in accordance with the relevant values of the calculation and under the selection.
