Abstract
The mixer brings great convenience,saves time and strength,and becomes an indispensable part of People’s daily life.It holds the advantages of large size,big power,and more used in restaurant,hotel,food factory,etc.Some are simple operation,easy to clean,high efficiency and small noise.
The direction of design is food mixer,which is used to mixing fillings and food materials in commerce.Mixer is designed to horizontal structure,using two kinds of transmission system plan: the first is a application of V belt and gear of the main drive system,through the V belt and gear transmission realize the stirring shaft rotation, reach the effect stirring; the second is using wedge belt and the motion of the CAM system,to improve discharge process after stirring movement .
The basic size and structure design of pulley, straight gear, helical gear, CAM, shaft and the mixing container in food mixer are designed in this project?, Through calculating to determine the number of root, pulley diameter, spur gear, helical gear teeth, dividing circle, CAM type and size, the basic dimensions of the shaft, the basic size of mixing container, check rigidity and intensity of gear ,shaft ,key,bearing ,then using 3 d UG to movement simulation, in order to more intuitive display design.
