某小区建筑电气设计 设计总说明 本次毕业设计题目是小区建筑电气设计,本工程为地上20层,地下一层,其中一层为商铺,二到四层为办公楼,五到二十层为住宅楼。工程用电有一级负荷和三级负荷,供电电源引自小区变电站,电源电压为380V/220V。依据相关规范对工程的照明系统、插座系统、供配电系统、防雷接地系统、有线电视系统及电话通信系统进行设计。 照明系统设计包括照度计算、照明干线、导线截面积的选择以及导线的敷设方式。插座系统设计包括插座布置、插座选择以及插座的正确安装高度,插座回路与照明回路由不同支路供电,空调插座为单独回路。建筑物为第三类防雷建筑,防雷系统设计是在屋面上装设避雷针与避雷带相结合的接闪器,接地形式采用TN—C—S系统。有线电视系统采用分配分支方式,用户输出口信号电平为68±4dB,信号引自市内有线电视网。电话和网络系统线路敷设在同一根管道内。 关键词:照明系统;配电系统;防雷接地;电视系统;电话通信 Building electrical design Design Description This graduation design project is a sunny plot # 1 story building electrical design, this project is 20 floors above ground, ground floor, one level for shops, two to four-story office building, five to 20 floors for residential buildings.
