Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization, the government policy to protect domestic enterprises will all disappear. China for decades to form of trade barriers will fall. Many of our fields and industries will be open. All this, for the Chinese companies both opportunities and challenges. In the people-centered, people-oriented management Today, human resource management has become an important factor in the success of the enterprise. Companies abroad already in this area walk in front of us. Chinas enterprises should know their own shortcomings in this area, restricting the development of enterprises to improve the personnel system, from consciousness to make the corresponding adjustment system, constantly improve ourselves to meet the requirements of the times. Human resources as a key building core competence factor, supporting the enterprises core competitive advantage of the construction, therefore, the management of human resources will play an increasingly important role. This article will explain the theory of human resource motivation and incentive mechanisms, to better play to the companys human capital advantage.
