毕业论文 （2010届） 宁波市私募股权基金对高新技术项目投资运作及其发展对策研究 摘要 二十一世纪是知识经济的时代，高新技术产业日益成为知识经济时代的主导产业宁波市高新技术企业以中小企业为主，融资难始终是高新技术产业发展中普遍存在的问题。关键词：Abstract The 21st century is the knowledge economic era, high-tech industry is increasingly becoming the leading knowledge economy industries. High-tech is a symbol of industrial technology of a region even a nation, is the key link to improve productivity and create wealth. The development of high-tech innovative, challenging, knowledge-intensive and low success rate, determines the specificity of high-tech industrial investment. Ningbo hi-tech enterprise to small and medium-sized enterprises, difficulty in financing is always a common problem in hi-tech industry development. This study is operated through a series of field surveys in the Financial Affairs Office of Ningbo Municipal Government and People’s Bank of China and some other related departments. Special discussions were hold in the form of mini-conference with several typical private equity companies. According to the information received, analysis has been carried on in this paper. This article mainly on the analysis of the background ,development situation and exit manner of the three typical cases (Universal photoelectric, Sheng Lai da, Jing Yuan solar), then discuss private equity investments on the operational characteristics of high-tech projects and investment ,and expose the problems existing in the operation of the project, and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions.
