关于农产品流通现代化的文献综述 重庆工商大学 贸易经济 07级 二班 韩智伟 指导教师 宋瑛 摘要：党的十七届三中全会明确提出,“开拓农村市场,推进农村流通现代化”。这不仅是解决农产品流通不畅的关键之举,也是发展现代农业和加快形成城乡一体化格局绕不过去的重要任务。农产品流通现代化是农业现代化的主要内容。在推进农业现代化的发展进程中，我国应大力搞活农产品流通，促进农产品流通现代化。本文在综合多位学者的观点基础之上，对农产品流通现代化进行了归纳总结，从而为进一步发展我国现代化农业，解决三农问题提供了研究基础。 关键词：农产品；流通现代化；政策建议 　 Abstract: The Third Plenary Session of our Partys Eleventh Central Committee proposed clearly that “exploring rural market and advancing the modernization of rural circulation”. This is not only the key to solve unfree circulation of the agricultural products, but also the inevitable task of developing modern agriculture and speeding up of urban-rural integration. The modernization of agricultural products circulation is the main point of the agricultural modernization. In the process of advancing the agricultural modernization, we should exert ourselves to activate the agricultural products circulation to promote the modernization of the agricultural products circulation. Based on the comprehensive views of many scholars, this article summarized the modernization of the agricultural products circulation in order to provide the basis of the further advance of our modern agricultural and solving the three rural issues. Key words: agricultural products; circulation modernization; policy proposal 一、关于农产品流通现代化的内涵及意义 1、流通现代化的内涵 要研究农产品流通现代化我们有必要先了解什么是流通现代化。 黄国雄，曹厚昌（1997）指出流通现代化是一种状态。“所谓商业现代化，就是要以符合现代市场要求的商品流通体制，并运用先进的物质技术设施和科学的管理方式，高效率地组织商品流通。具体包括：流通组织的现代化；流通方式的现代化；流通设施和技术的现代化；管理现代化及信息处理现代化。 丁俊发，张绪昌(1998)认为“商品流通现代化是指在商品流通的全过程运用先进的流通技术设施、手段和现代的流通方式、管理方法；遵循市场经济规律和国际通行规则，使商品流通领域的商流、物流、信息流建立在现代科学技术基础上，形成高效率、高效益的商品流通体系，促进国民经济的发展。 金桂英（2007）认为，流通现代化是指商品流通现代化，是指在实体经济以信息化带动工业化的进程中，凭借先进理论、思维方法、经营管理方式和科学技术手段，对传统流通格局中的商流、物流、资金流和信息流所进行的全面改造和提升，以便全面、系统、大幅度地提高流通的效能。 2、农产品流通现代化的内涵 最早研究农产品流通现代化的是安玉发学者，提出了采用弄潮对接的方式解决我国农产品流通的问题，实现农产品流通现代化。 张江华，朱道立（2006）认为所谓农产品流通现代化，就是建立一个高效、发达、顺畅的现代化农村商品流通体系，构建新型的流通渠道、经营方式和组织形式等，发挥流通业在农村经济中的先导作用，引导和组织农民进入市场，培育和发展各类中介组织、经纪人队伍和龙头企业，把农业生产、农产品加工和流通各环节有机结合起来，推动农业产业的集中化和规模化，加速农产品的
