运用矛盾分析法分析当代大学生功利化倾向的表现及对策研究 摘要 大学教育是一个国家发展的重要基石，高校通过大学教育为国家培养了一批又一批的优秀人才。但是，随着市场经济的快速发展，部分大学生在价值观追求、学业选择、就业期望等方面都表现出功利化的倾向。这些功利化的倾向都危害着大学生知识面的扩展，对大学校园的辐射，社会不良风气对大学校园文化的浸染。个别大学生自我意识的过度膨胀是大学生产生功利化倾向的主要原因。面对这些原因可通过加强马克思主义的世界观与方法论教育，运用矛盾分析法对其进行分析。各个高校应加强对当代大学生的校园文化教育、开创道德教育，加强对当代大学生心理健康教育等途径防范大学生的功利化倾向。 关键词：矛盾分析法；当代大学生；功利化倾向；对策 Abstract University education is the cornerstone of a country development, colleges and universities through university education in the country to cultivate a batch of and a batch of excellent talents.But, with the rapid development of market economy, some college students in values pursuit, school choice, employment expectations, etc all showed the tendency of utilitarian.These tend to be utilitarian endangering the expansion of the college students knowledge, the radiation of the university campus, the social bad style of university campus culture.The over-expansion of individual students self-consciousness is the main reason why students have utilitarian tendency.In the face of these reasons but by strengthening the marxist world outlook and methodology education, contradiction analysis to analyze it.Various colleges and universities should strengthen the campus culture education of contemporary college students, moral education, strengthen the contemporary college students mental health education to prevent the utilitarian tendency of college students. Keywords:contradiction analysis;contemporary college students;utilitarian tendency;countermeasures 一、当代大学生功利化倾向的主要表现 改革开放以来，随着经济的跨越式发展，我们国家的高等教育也取得举世瞩目的成就。接受高等教育的学生越来越多，高等教育水平也有一定的提升。但是，随着形势的发展，大学生的功利化倾向出现了明显的变化，由单一向多元化发展。主要表现为以下几点： （一）目标选择的功利化 随着社会主义市场经济改革步伐的加快和社会转型向纵深发展，大学生目标选择由政治化和理想化向多样化和务实化方向转变的同时，部分大学生的目标选择出现了功利化倾向。他们的目标由注重理想转向注重现实，由注重整体利益转向注重个人利益,由注重长远利益转向注重眼前利益，由注重奉献转向注重享受。他们极可能在维持生存的物质需要得到满足后陷入迷茫，因为他们不知道如何满足自身更高一级的需要，失落生命的本真和生活的意义；他们不注重对自身心灵理性的培养，缺乏基本的道德规范。在金钱的诱惑下，还极可能利用自己的专业知识犯罪，给社会带来危害。这样就使自己的目标选择失去了方向，更不利于自己目标选择的实现。 （二）手段实现的功利化 在中国经济发
