题目:规范化护理健康教育在发热门诊患者中的应用研究规范化护理健康教育在发热门诊患者中的应用研究目的:探讨规范化护理健康教育在发热门诊患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取我院2012年6月至2013年6月间发热门诊收治的患者1000例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用规范化健康教育方式进行宣教,对照组采用传统教育方式进行宣教。两组于宣教前后发放我院自制的《发热患者相关知识、态度、行为、用药情况调查表》,填完后当场回收。结果:传统宣教前后患者发热知识知晓率、态度转变率、健康行为形成率、合理用药知识知晓率没有显著差异(P0.05),而规范化健康教育宣教前后患者发热知识知晓率、态度转变率、健康行为形成率、合理用药知识知晓率有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:规范化健康教育宣教可以为发热门诊患者提供科学、合理的护理健康和用药教育,值得临床推广。
Abstract
To explore the clinical?application effect of?standardized nursing?health education?in patients?in?fever clinic.?Methods: select 1000?cases in our hospital from 2012?June?to 2013?June?in fever clinic of?admitted patients,?randomly divided into observation?group and control group.?The observation group was treated by?standardized?health education?mode?of?education;?the control group used the traditional?education?mode?of?education.?In two groups?before and after education,?the issuance of?the?made in our hospital?in patients with fever of related knowledge,?attitude,?behavior,?drug use?survey,?fill out the?on the spot after?recovery.?Results: the traditional?education?of patients before and after heating?the awareness rate of knowledge?and attitude change?rate and formation rate of health behavior,?rational use of drug?knowledge rate?had no significant difference?(PGE;?0.05),?and the?standardized?before and after?health education in patients with fever of?awareness rate of knowledge?and attitude change?rate and formation rate of health behavior,?rational use of drug?knowledge rate?had significant difference?(Pelt;?0.05).?Conclusion: standardized?health education?can provide?health care?and?medication education?scientific and reasonable?fever outpatients,?is worth the clinical promotion.
