摘 要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,人们日常生活水平的不断提高,城市中的小区建设发展十分迅速,也对小区的基础设施建设提出了更高的要求。其中小区供水系统的建设就是一个重要方面,因为供水的稳定性、可靠性、经济性直接影响到小区住户的正常生活。
本论文针对某住宅小区的供水要求,设计了一套由PLC、变频器、远传压力表、多台水泵机组等主要设备构成的全自动变频恒压供水系统,具有全自动变频恒压运行、自动工频运行和现场手动控制等功能。
论文分析了变频恒压供水系统相对于传统恒压供水系统的优势。该系统利用变频器内置PID功能与远传压力表反馈的实际压力信号形成系统的闭环控制,再结合电机水泵和PLC等执行机构组成整个变频恒压供水系统,进而实现系统的高效节能的目的,同时给出了实现有效状态循环转换控制的电气设计方案和PLC控制程序设计方案。
该供水系统有效地解决了传统供水方式中存在的问题,并具有一定的辅助功能,增强了系统的可靠性。

ABSTRCT
Along with the rapid development of Chinas economy, the Peoples daily life level inceasing enhancement, the city in the village is developing very rapidly, and also the construction of community infrastructure construction put forward higher request. One area the water supply system construction is an important aspect, because the stability,the reliability and the economy of the water supply directly affect the village residents normal life.
This paper aims to a residential area water supply requirement, design a set of by PLC, frequency converter, far easton pressure gauge, many sets of pump unit and other major equipment structure of automatic frequency constant pressure water supply system, with automatic frequency constant pressure operation, automatic started running and field manual frequency control etc.
