5260例泌尿生殖道支原体感染检测及药敏研究【摘要】目的:探讨本地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染情况及药敏状况,以利于临床合理用药。方法:对本院2009年1月-2010年1月送检的5260例非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者泌尿生殖道分泌物进行支原体培养,鉴定及药敏试验,并对10种抗生素对支原体的敏感性进行回顾性分析。结果:送检的5260例标本中检出支原体2964例,检出率为56.35%。其中解脲脲原体(UU)感染2430例(46.21%),人支原体(MH)感染148例(2.8%),解脲脲原体与人支原体混合感染386例(7.34%)。对支原体较敏感的为交沙霉素,强力霉素,美满霉素,克拉霉素及四环素。耐药率较高的为罗红霉素,阿奇霉素等。结论:本地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染以解脲脲原体(UU)为主,交沙霉素及强力霉素可做为治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染的首选药物。临床用药前做好支原体培养和药敏实验对降低耐药性及防止复发起到重要作用。 【关键词】泌尿生殖道;支原体;药敏实验 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the region the genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility condition and provide bases for the clinical treatment.methods The 5260 cases of urogenital infection analyzed from January 2009 to January 2010 were performed mycoplasma training,identification and antibiotic susceptibility test,and of 10 kinds of antibiotics on the sensitivity of the mycoplasma were retrospectively analyzed.results A total of 5260 samples in detection mycoplasma in 2964 cases, the detection rate of 56.35%.Among them ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection, 2430 cases (46.21%), the mycoplasma hominis infection (MH), 148 patients (2.8%), ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma homini mixed infection 386 cases (7.34%) .The sensitivity of the higher antibiotic were josamycine,doxycycline, minocycline, tetracycline.The higher drug resistant rate of mycoplasma were roxithromycin, azithromycin,etc.Conclusions UU is the major pathogens in urogenital mycoplasma infection in this region , josamycine and doxycycline can be used as a treatment for rogenital mycoplasma infection drugs of the best choice . mycoplasma training and drug susceptibility play an important role on reduce the resistance and prevent recurrence before clinical medication 【Key words】 Genitourinary tract ;Mycoplasma;Sensitivity test 【中图分类号】R446.5 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231(2011)10-1659-02近年来,支原体引起的泌尿生殖道感染逐年增加,已超过淋病居首位。支原体是一种无细胞壁,呈多形性,能在无生命的培养基中繁殖和生长的最小原核微生物,常见的为人型支原体和解脲脲原体。泌尿生殖道支原体感染可导致尿道炎,前列腺炎,宫颈炎,子宫内膜炎,不孕不育,流产,精子畸形率增高,严重的系统性感染等。临床不规范的使用抗生素导致
