哈尔滨市哈平路沥青混凝土病害成因分析及处理技术研究 摘 要 哈平路连接三大动力路、和平路与和兴路,是哈尔滨市内城市道路主干道,连接哈尔滨市二环道路。随着哈尔滨市汽车保有量的不断增长,交通量增大,交通荷载繁重增加了道路的负荷,造成路面破坏。因为哈尔滨地处寒冷的中国东北地区,路面常年受到季节性冰冻气候的影响,路面受到冬季低温和春节冻融循环的影响以及材料和养护管理等各方面的原因,引起了沥青混凝土的破坏,主要有裂缝(横向、纵向及网络裂缝)、车辙、松散剥落、表面磨光以及坑槽等。本论文首先介绍和分析沥青混凝土稳定性的影响因素,详细分析了沥青混凝土病害的形成原因和特点,然后结合哈平路的道路工程实际情况和气候特点,认真分析了哈平路路面主要病害的形成原因,并且本论文根据哈平路路面损坏状况的调查数据,运用路面损坏指数PCI评价哈平路路面损坏严重程度。最后,根据哈平路路面病害的成因分析情况和路面损坏程度,本论文结合现阶段沥青混凝土路面病害处理技术和最新科技成果,制定病害处理的各种方案,然后对各种方案进行综合论证,建立路面维修方案选择的决策树,找出适宜各路段的病害处置方案和处理技术。 关键词:路面病害;成因分析;路面损坏指数;路面维修 Research on Disease Causes and Treatment Technologies of Asphalt Concrete in Harbin HaPing Road Abstract HaPing Road is the urban trunk road which connects SanDaDongLi Road, HePing Road and HeXing Road, connecting the second ring Road in Harbin。With the increasing rate of car ownership, traffic volume, heavy traffic load, increasing the load on the road, causing road damage. Because Harbin is located in northeast of China, the road was affected by year-round to seasonal freezing climate, low temperature in winter and freeze-thaw cycles in spring. And the impact of freeze-thaw cycles and materials and maintenance management and other reasons, causing damage of asphalt concrete, containing the maincracks(horizontal, vertical and network cracking), rutting, loose flaking, polished surface and the pits and so on. Firstly, This paper introduces and analyses that the factors which influencing the stability of asphalt concrete, analyzed detailedly the causes of asphalt concrete and characteristics of disease, then combined with the actual situation of road and climate characteristics to elaborate the causes of main diseases in HaPing road. According to the pavement condition of survey data on HaPing road , using PCI(Pavement Condition index)to evaluate the severity of pavement.
