北京市大学生就业指导状况调查研究.pdf

摘 要 20世纪90年代中期以来，我国高等教育事业快速发展，逐渐步入大众化阶 段，大学毕业生面临的就业形势日益严峻。就业指导是提高大学生就业竞争力， 确保大学生充分就业的重要环节。深入开展大学生就业指导工作可以帮助大学 生正确把握就业形势，转变择业观念，强化竞争意识，积极迎接人才市场的挑 战，是解决大学生就业困难的有效途径。北京是全国高等教育的中心，调查研 究北京市大学生就业指导状况，对提高北京市大学生就业指导水平，帮助大学 生就业具有较高的应用价值。 本文共分为四个部分： 第一部分导论介绍了研究的目的和意义、选题的背景，以及研究方法等内 容，并对研究的问题进行了界定。 第二部分系统的介绍了西方就业指导相关理论，如特质因素论、人格类型 论、心理需求和心理动力论，职业发展理论等，分析了美国、英国、日本大学 生就业指导实施的相关经验，并对我国就业指导研究状况进行述评。 第三部分通过对北京市10所高校大学生的择业观、职业生涯意识、就业指 导开展效果及需要的就业指导内容等问题与大学生就业指导机构状况的调查， 揭示了北京市大学生就业指导中存在的问题：忽视了大学生择业观的指导，大 学生职业价值观落后；忽视了大学生职业生涯规划意识的培养，大学生就业选 择被动盲目；就业指导形势单一，指导内容缺乏针对性。 最后本文针对北京市大学生就业指导存在的主要问题，根据大学生的实际 需要，提出了完善北京市大学生就业指导工作的对策，这些对策包括加强大学 生的择业观指导，引导大学生树立正确的职业价值观；通过就业指导队伍建设， 实习基地建设，开展专业的职业测评，开设连贯的职业指导课程，加强大学生 的职业生涯规划指导，帮助学生明确职业倾向；对大学生进行就业政策、求职 技巧指导，向大学生传递就业信息，帮助大学生做出职业决策。 关键词：大学生；就业指导；调查研究 1 Abstract Since the rapid development from mid-1990s, the higher education of our China has stepped into the popular stage, it is becoming increasingly difficult for college graduates to be employed. Career guidance of colleges and universities is a key link to improve students’ employment competence and to ensure their full employment. Promoting career guidance for college students is an effective way to solve the problem of employment and it can help college students grasp employment situation correctly, change their attitudes toward employment, strengthen their competitive consciousness, and actively meet the challenges from the personnel markets.
