本科毕业设计 题目: 中型车性能检测试验台传动系统设计 学 院: 专 业: 学 号: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 日 期: 摘 要 本课题主要进行综合性能检测试验台的设计。通过对市场上已有的汽车性能单项检测台进行比较和分析,设计出一款集底盘测功、制动力检测与车速表校核功能于一体的综合检测试验台。本次设计重点在于试验台的传动系统设计,解决底盘测功与制动力检测过程中的运动相互干涉现象。 本文详细地介绍了试验台传动系统的设计过程。通过大量计算分析,最终确定了最佳的总体布置方案、动力传动方案以及相关部件的设计方案。方案中:一方面,DW电涡流测功机对滚筒起加载作用,其电磁转矩等于驱动轮对滚筒的驱动转矩,这样通过测力装置就可以测定出底盘功率和实现车速表校核;另一方面,电动机驱动减速器将动力传给车轮,车轮制动产生反作用力矩,从而测定车轮制动力。该试验台主要特点是将电磁离合器安装在减速器与滚筒之间,实现了结构优化,同时操作方便。此外试验台的各项参数都满足规定要求,功能全面,结构简单紧凑,操作方便有效,能够满足预期功能。 关键字: 测功; 试验台; 制动力; 车速表 Abstract The main content of this subject is to design a rack test with the comprehensive performance testing.Through the comparision and analysis of the individual testing rack in the market ,I design a set of test rack which can detect chassis power and bracking force of a car,It can also check the speedometer of a vehicle . This design focuses on the overall structure and settles the problem of mutual movement inference that appears to chassis detecting and bracking force checking. This article describes the design progress of the overall structure and transmission system in detail.By a lot of calculations and analysis ,I finally determine the best program of overall layout,power transmission and related components.In the program,on the one hand the roller is to simulate the real road condition, DW eddy current dynamometer is to load on the drum,so the chassis power and speedometer could be checked.On the other hand the power exported by electric motor is transmitted to the wheel through the Reducer, so the wheel braking force could be detected by the reverse torque.The main characteristics of the test is that a clutch is installed in the big gear ,which brings to the structural optimization. In addition, the test rack can meet all the requirements .with full-featured, compact structure, easy and effective operation .
