摘要:高熵合金由于其独特的微观结构和优良的性能在材料领域引起了广泛的关注。本文主要研究了Si、C、Cu和Mo元素对AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金结构与性能的影响。研究发现,添加Si元素可增加高熵合金的硬度和抗腐蚀性能,而添加C元素会导致高熵合金的断裂韧性下降。Cu元素的加入可以增强高熵合金的塑性和热稳定性。Mo元素的加入有助于控制高熵合金的相变和提高其断裂韧性。因此,在高熵合金的设计和应用中,需要综合考虑多种元素的影响,以实现最佳的性能。

Introduction
High-entropyalloys(HEAs)areanewclassofmaterialsthatconsistofmultipleprincipalelementsinequimolarornear-equimolarproportions.Duetotheiruniquemicrostructureandexcellentmechanicalproperties,HEAshaveattractedsignificantattentioninthefieldofmaterialsscienceandengineering.Inrecentyears,theeffectofdifferentalloyingelementsonthemicrostructureandpropertiesofHEAshasbeenextensivelystudied.
Si,C,Cu,andMoareimportantalloyingelementsthathavebeenwidelyusedinHEAs.Siisknowntopromotetheformationofintermetallicphasesandincreasethehardnessandcorrosionresistanceofalloys.Ciscommonlyusedtoincreasethewearresistanceofalloys,butitsadditioncanalsoresultindecreasedfracturetoughness.CucanenhancetheductilityandthermalstabilityofHEAs,whiletheadditionofMocanhelptocontrolphasetransformationsandimprovethefracturetoughness.
Inthisproject,wewillinvestigatetheeffectofSi,C,Cu,andMoonthestructureandpropertiesofAlCoCrFeNiHEAs.
Objectives
Theobjectivesofthisprojectare:
1.TosynthesizeAlCoCrFeNiHEAswithdifferentlevelsofSi,C,Cu,andMo.
2.TocharacterizethemicrostructureofthealloysusingscanningelectronmicroscopyandX-raydiffraction.
3.Toevaluatethemechanicalpropertiesofthealloys,includinghardness,tensilestrength,andfracturetoughness.
4.ToinvestigatetheeffectofSi,C,Cu,andMoonthecorrosionresistanceofthealloys.
Methodology
AlCoCrFeNiHEAswithdifferentlevelsofSi,C,Cu,andMowillbesynthesizedusingarcmeltingandcasting.Themicrostructureofthealloyswillbeanalyzedusingscanningele
