公路路面径流水污染与控制技术探讨.pdf

第21 卷 第3 期    长安大学学报( 建筑与环境科学版)  2004 年9 月 Journal of Changan University Arch nvir Science dition( . . ) Sept. 2004 : 1001-7569( 2004) 03-0050-04 赵剑强, 邱艳华 ( , 710064) : 结合国内外研究 果, 对公路路面径流中主要污染物及其来源、路面径流水质特征、影响路 面径流污染的因素, 及常用路面径流污染控制措施进行了综合分析。认为公路路面径流水质变化很 大, 污染强度较高, 主要污染物为SS 和COD, 其平均浓度超过污水排放限值,在对水质有较高要求 的水域路段, 应通过非工程措施和工程措施的综合实施来实现污染控制。非工程措施主要包括加强 公路运输管理、路面清扫、限制除冰剂的使用等; 工程措施包括植被控制、湿式滞留池、渗滤系统及人 工湿地系统等,在实际工程应用中, 可将几种方法组合使用。 :路面径流; 水污染; 污染来源;径流水质; 污染控制; 污染物 : 703: X A Discussi on on road runof f pollution and control techniques ZH A O J ian -qi ang , QI U Yan -hua ( School of nvironmental Science and ngineering Changan University Xian, , 710064,China) Abstract: Based on the study results at home and abroad the main pollutants in road runoff and, their sources the pollution characteristic and influencing factors and the pollution control, , techniques were comprehensively discussed.It was concluded that the water quality of road runoff varied greatly and the pollution intensity was high.The main pollutants were SS and COD,both of their average concentrations surpassed the regulated values.T herefore, some non-construction and construction measures should be taken to control the pollution on the sections of road with higher water quality requirement. Non-construction measures include strengthening administration, road sweeping and defroster-use limitation. Construction measures consist of vegetation control, wet detention basins infiltration basins and wetlands T hese methods can be combined to use in, . practical engineering application.
