学兔兔 机械制造文摘——焊接分册 专题研究 全焊接管线球形阀体焊缝免焊后热处理安全评估 吴星东,谢树军 (湛江南海西部石油合众近海建设有限公司,广东湛江524000) 摘要:为了科学有效地评估全焊接管线球阀的安全性,同时为免除焊接接头焊后热处理提供依据,介绍了一种评价全焊接 管线球阀焊接接头安全性的方法:裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)断裂韧性试验方法。根据试验得到的CTOD值及球阀的相 关参数,并采用API Std 1104—2008标准附录A和BS7910所介绍的“焊接结构中缺陷的可接受性评定方法”,对焊接接头 的安全性进行评估,得出评估曲线及评估点,直观展示评估结果。评估结果对焊接接头免除焊后热处理的可能性提供依 据。 关键词:全焊接管线球阀;焊接接头免焊后热处理;裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD) 中图分类号:TGd41.8 Assessing the safety of fully—welded body pipeline ball valve without PWHT Wu Xingdong,Xie Sh~un (United Offshore Construction Co.,Ltd.,CONHW,Zhanjiang 524000,China) Abstract:CTOD testing is applied to assess safety of fully-welded pipeline ball valve’S welds in this paper,in order to assess safety of fully—welded pipeline ball valve’S welds scientifically and effectively,as well as apply- ing evidence to avoid PWHT(post-welded heat treatment)for welded joints.The safety and acceptability of the welds are assessed based on their CTOD values and some parameters.At the same time,“Acceptable assessing method of welding structure defects”introduced by Appendix A,API Std 1 104—2008 and BS7910 is adopted. Assessing curve and assessing point are shown intuitively.It is a reliable and scientific methodology for the de— sign and manufacture of fully—welded pipeline ball valve without PWHT.
