丹东口岸入境人员实验室传染病检测的的结果分析 　　【摘要】目的对入境人员进行实验室传染病检测并对结果进行分析,有助于进一步做好传染病的预防监管工作,有效控制传染病通过国门传播和蔓延。方法对丹东口岸2007-2008年入境人员的传染病检测结果进行分析。结果检出HBs-Ag阳性111例,检出率为6.52% ;抗-HCV阳性18例,检出率为1.06% ;TPPA阳性7例,检出率为0.41%。不同年龄组进行比较,30-50岁年龄组HBs-Ag阳性率有差异(P0.05)。不同国家组进行比较,朝鲜籍人员HBs-Ag差异有显著(P0.05)。结论3项检测中HBs-Ag检出率最高 ,其中朝鲜籍入境人员HBs-Ag阳性率明显高于其他检测人群,HBV是影响入境人员健康的主要问题,应加强对入境重点人群的传染病宣传和监督管理。 　　【关键词】入境人员传染病HBs-Ag 抗-HCVTPPA 　　中图分类号:R183 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-0515(2010)03-010-02 　　Analyis on Check-up Results for Examination Infectioous Diseases among Entry Personnels atDandongP0rt 　　【Abstract】Objectcheck-up examination infectioous diseases for entry personnels and analysis on results will help further make prediction and supervision for infeacions disease better control infectious diseases to spread and propagate along the getes of our country. MethodThe data of infectious diease surveillance among entry personnel at Dangdong port during 2007 to 2008 were analyed.
