计及元件重要度的电力系统可靠性分析

摘要:计及元件重要度的发输电系统可靠性可以深刻地反映可靠性与系统元件的相关信息,利用这些信息可以发现钳制系统可靠性的薄弱部分,从而为系统规划和运行提供重要的指导意见。本文推导了基于失效度、故障率的元件重要度和系统失电量指标,这些指标可反映出元件的退出运行会对系统可靠性的影响。并以RBTS6节点测试系统为例,说明分别基于失效度和故障率的元件重要度对系统可靠性产生不同的影响,计算表明利用元件重要度可辩识系统的薄弱部分。

ABSTRACT:Gage and the component important degree of transmission system reliability can be profoundly reflect information about reliability and system components, use of these information can be found that stifle the weak part of the system reliability, thus providing important guidance for system planning and operation.Deduced in this paper, based on the failure, the failure rate of components important degrees and system power loss index, the index can reflect the elements of full-load operation will affect the reliability of the system. Taking RBTS test system as an example, explain respectively based on the failure and the failure rate of components important degrees of different influence on system reliability, the calculation shows that using the component importance to identify weak part of the system.

近年来,电力系统不断向超高压、远距离、大容量方向发展,这提高了系统运行的经济性,但同时也使系统的安全可靠问题逐渐突出。电力系统停电事故有可能造成了巨大的经济和社会损失,因此,对电力系统可靠性的分析、评估和应用等深入研究变得更加迫切。
电力系统的可靠性除与单元的可靠性参数和电气参数有关,还与单元所处的网络结构有关。文献[1]提出了基于比例分摊思想的系统不可靠性分析方法,并结合可靠性计算中的子系统划分,总结出直流输电系统可靠性跟踪的2次分摊方法。文献[2]利用大电力系统可靠性指标的灵敏度反映系统可靠性的相关信息,利用灵敏度与单元故障率、修复率间的关系,发现钳制系统可靠性的薄弱环节。文献[3]利
