But since the modern times, the western management thought we are always in a psychological study. But the current western management thoughts have the tendency of combination. It is necessary for Chinese ancient management thought of in-depth study, as a Chinese culture represented by Confucianism is a broad and profound system, which contains rich management thought, its essence is mainly reflected in the people-oriented, repair has an people, the doctrine of the mean etc.. These flashes of thought in the modern enterprise management is having far-reaching influence and significance. This paper from the Confucian culture and modern enterprise management meaning and relation sets out, in combination with related literature research and summary, based on Confucian culture and modern management methods, in order to make the management practice of theoretical guidance and reference.
