PAGE w w 本科毕业设计说明书 ZW型天然气压缩机设计 ZW TYPE GAS COMPRESSORS DESIGN 学院(部): 机械工程学院 专业班级: 过控08-2班 学生姓名: 指导教师: 副教授 2012年 5 月 29 日 ZW型天然气压缩机设计 摘要 活塞式压缩机是一种容积式压缩机,用来提高气体的压力和输送气体,目前广泛应用于工业生产中,如:石油裂解的分离、石油加氢精制、空气分离、制冷等领域,本次设计的压缩机是用于天然气的压缩。 气体压缩机作为近代工业生产中不可缺少的通用机器,因此掌握压缩机的设计很有必要。整个设计过程包括总体结构的设计、热力计算、动力计算、制图和零件结构尺寸的计算等。其中热力计算、动力计算是压缩机设计计算中最基本,又是最重要的一项工作。根据任务书提供的介质、气量、压力等参数要求,经过计算得到压缩机的相关参数,如级数、气缸尺寸、轴功率等。经过计算可得到压缩机受力情况和最终制图的基本尺寸参数,进行计算机制图。 关键词:天然气,压缩机,热力计算,动力计算 ZW TYPE GAS COMPRESSORS DESIGN ABSTRACT Piston compressor is a kind of displacement compressor, which is used to increase and transport gas. Nowadays, it is widely used in industry production, such as the separation of petroleum gas, adding hydrogen to the oil, air separation and refrigeration. The compressor is an important part in modernindustrial production, so it is necessary to master the design of compressor. The whole design is include the design of the overall structural, thermodynamic calculations, power calculations, the calculations of the mapping and structural components size. And the most important part is the thermodynamic calculation and the power calculation of compressor. According to medium, displacement, pressure of task-book, through the calculating getting related parameters of compressors. Such as series, columns, size of cylinder, shaft power. By dynamical computation can get the stress of piston type compression and the basic size, then getting the assembly drawing through the computer.
