And measures of promoting the development of the industry are suggested, such as increasing the power of research and development, perfecting the system of the standards, raising the level of technical standards and enhancing the supervision and guide of the market. Key words: Industrial boiler, present situation, development. 绪论 本课题的来源、目的及意义 为了进一步对工业锅炉的结构性能参数和安全系数进行分析，对现有的工业锅炉的安全现状进行分析和识别为确保锅炉操作人员的人身安全提供指导和建议工业锅炉是重要的热能动力设备，近廿年来，我国工业锅炉的年产量基本上维持在7～10万蒸吨的水平，据统计全国在用工业锅炉的装机总量2002年约为55.33万台，190.61万蒸吨。我国已成为世界上生产和使用工业锅炉最多的国家。由于我国能源结构的特殊性，我国的工业锅炉以燃煤为主
