专 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 城镇地籍调查技术设计 院（系部） 地质勘查系 专业名称 工程测量技术 年级班级 学生姓名 指导教师 年 月 日 PAGE V 摘 要 地籍调查是遵照国家法律的规定，对土地及其附着物的权属、位置、数量、质量和利用现状等基本情况进行的调查，其成果资料是保护土地所有者和土地使用者的合法权益、解决土地产权纠纷的重要凭据。同时，通过地籍调查还可全面掌握一个地区的土地类型、数量、分布和利用状况，以及土地在国民经济各部门之间、在各种经济成分之间的分配情况，从而为建立科学的土地管理体系，合理利用和保护土地，制定土地利用规划、计划及有关政策、实现耕地总量动态平衡、调控土地供需、规范土地市场等提供信息保障。 本文结合杨凌示范区的实际情况，介绍了城镇地籍调查的技术路线和要求、工作思路以及调查成果应用计划等，为杨凌示范区第二次全国土地调查工作开展开拓了视野，并提供科学的技术支撑。 本文首先收集杨凌示范区原有测量资料，对杨凌示范区的土地利用资料进行了整理，分析和研究，并对此次城镇地籍调查工作中的土地权属调查、界址点测量、地籍图测绘以及宗地图测绘工作进行了技术设计，对调查结果进行了分析制定了一系列的检查验收程序，进而可以完成对杨凌示范区范围内所进行的土地权属调查及地籍测量工作，查清每一宗地的土地权属、界址点位、界址线、面积和用途等基本情况，为土地登记、统计、定级及利用管理提供原始资料及基本依据。 关键词：城镇地籍调查 土地权属调查 地籍控制测量 界址点 宗地图测绘 Abstract Cadastral investigation is comply with state laws and regulations on land and its attachments, the ownership, position, quantity, quality and utilization, etc, the basic situation of the survey data of land owners and protect the lawful rights and interests of the land users and solve the land property rights disputes concerning important.
