毕业论文 （2010届） 农村金融业务发展研究--基于杭州联合银行农村金融业务的调研 摘 要 随着以农信社改制为核心的农村金融第一轮改革的基本完成，中国农村金融整体状况得到了很大改观，农村金融整体实力得到了很大提升，建立了相对完善的法人治理结构和风险控制体系，农村金融正在“服务三农、扩大内需”等方面扮演主力军作用。但是，长期以来，金融服务缺乏已经成为制约农村经济发展的瓶颈，它对我国农村经济的影响也正逐渐显现出来，而供需间的非均衡表现，服务水平较低，监管存在的问题更激化了农村金融所存在的矛盾。本文选取杭州联合银行为研究对象，结合杭州联合银行农村金融业务发展，了解需求及供给。根据杭州联合银行的数据显示，分析所存在的问题，提出推进农村金融制度发展改革对策。 关键词：Abstract As for the core with the cooperatives reform of rural financial reform, the basic finish in the first round, Chinas rural financial overall situation got very powerful, rural financial overall strength gets greatly ascend, established a relatively perfect governance structure and risk control system, the rural financial are three rural service, expanding domestic demand play key roles.
