论信息化在企业人力资源管理中的应用 摘　要 伴随着企业的不断发展和规模的不断扩大，企业内部的各项管理行为，包括人力资源管理，必须以科学，规范和高效的方式运转。传统的人力资源管理手段主要依靠人工进行统计分析，数据延迟落后，工作效率低下不能有效的掌握直观企业实时的动态人力资源数据，使人力资源管理部门浪费了宝贵的管理精力，不能将精力投入到管理工作上，而且领导层不能直观的获取管理数据，延迟了管理决策的制定，随着信息技术的飞速发展，人力资源管理凭借信息化的翅膀发展日益成熟，这就对企业提出了新的要求，企业在内部管理上也需要不断地进行调整改进，这就需要大量的、及时准确的数据为企业的各项分析决策提供科学有力的支持和帮助；另一方面，随着制度建设的不断加强，在各项规章制度的执行落实上需要做大量的、例行性的工作，这就需要必须有很高的处理效率。本文通过分析企业实际工作中所遇到的一些问题，以及通过学习专业书籍后的一些体会加以整理，就企业人力资源管理工作中的一些共性的问题加以探讨和解决，通过设计建设人力资源信息管理支持系统，对现有各方面的资源进行整合，从而为企业的发展提供坚强的人力资源保证。 关键词：e-HR ,人力资源管理, 信息化 , 人力资源信息系统 ,e-HR实施 THE APPLICATION ABOUT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IN ENTERPRISE ABSTRACT With the continuous development of the enterprise and the constant enlargement of the scope of enterprise, the enterprise internal management including human resource management must be operated in a scientific, standardized and efficient way. Traditional human resource management mainly depends on manual work to deal with the data, which is inefficient and can not effectively grasp the dynamic state of human resources. It is not only a waste of time for the human resource management, but also a delay for the leader in making decisions. With the rapid development of information technology, the management of human resource is increasingly mature, which puts forward the new request to the enterprise. The enterprise is constantly in need of alteration and improvement in internal management, which needs more timely and correctly data for right decisions. Whats more, with continuous perfection of the modern corporate system, high efficiency has been required to ensure the fulfillment of all tasks. By analyzing some practical problems in real work, as well as what has learnt from the book, this paper probes into some general character of human resource management. Moreover, the human resource information system has been designed and existing information has been unified to provide a powerful and secure backing of human resource for the enterprise. KEY WORDS：Hu
