学生毕业论文题 目:企业人才流失问题分析——以玖色蜂科技有限公司为例指导教师:帅亮 职 称:副教授姓 名:涂磊 学 号 级:1302 年 级:13级专 业:工商管理二〇一七年四月二十八日企业人才流失问题分析 ——以玖色蜂科技有限公司为例摘 要在当今知识经济时代最重要的是人才。由于科学技术的迅猛发展,技术已经成为决定一个企业是否具有竞争力的重要因素,而技术创新与进步则是由核心人才完成的。因此,最终较量的资本是人才,掌握科技知识的人才也就越来越成为企业竞争的对象。这为人才的流动创造了需要,并提供了可能性。而人才的流失除了造成企业员工的缺失甚至断层,还会带走企业的合作客户甚至是商业机密和核心技术等等。这对企业的生存和发展是一个严重甚至致命的威胁,如何留住企业的人才,降低企业人才流失风险和成本,已成为企业管理者必须面对的难题。本文以武汉市玖色蜂科技有限公司为例,通过对该公司近半年来人才离职率的分析以及国内普遍现象对比,通过企业的内外部因素两大层面分析高离职率背后的真正原因,系统性的从行业之间的竞争,求职高峰期,员工个人压力,待遇,企业的管理和文化等方面进行深度剖析。进而针对性的从用人选人、薪酬分配体系、职业规划、内部选拔和企业文化等方面提出建设性意见。最后,对公司未来的发展作出展望,希望能采纳相关建议。【关键词】:企业管理;员工流失;职业规划;薪酬体系AbstractIn the era of knowledge economy today, talents are the decisive factor. As the rapid development of science and technology, they have become important factors in determining whether an enterprise is competitive, and technological innovation and progress is completed by the core talent. Therefore, the final contest of capital is the talent who have been more and more become the power enterprise pursuing. This creates the need for the flow of talent and provides the possibility. In addition to the loss of talent causing the lack of employees of the company, it also take away the customers and even the business secrets and core technology and so on. This is a serious and even fatal threat to the survival and development of an enterprise. It has become a serious problem business managers have to face that how to save the talent of the company and reduce the risk of brain drain and costs. In this paper, taking Wuhan Jiu Se Feng Technology LTD as an example, Through the analysis of the company’s turnover rate in the past six months and the domestic common phenomenon, and through the internal and external factors of enterprises to analyze the two reasons behind the high resignation of the real reasons, analysis deeply and systematically from the industry competition job peak, staff personal pressure, treatment, business management and aspects of cultural.
