摘 要
陶瓷结合剂CBN磨具是用陶瓷结合剂(玻璃相)作为桥相将CBN磨料结合起来的一类磨具。本毕业设计主要研究BaO对CBN磨具用陶瓷结合剂性能的影响,通过在结合剂中添加不同含量BaO,研究碱性金属氧化物BaO对低温烧成陶瓷结合剂性能的影响,主要包括结合剂耐火度,流动性,膨胀系数和强度等的计算和估算,然后进行陶瓷结合剂的制备和性能检测,实验主要包括平面流淌法测定结合剂的流动性和估算结合剂的耐火度,为节约原料本次毕业设计通过制造普通磨具确定结合剂的最佳结合剂配方和最佳烧成温度后再制造CBN磨具,通过对CBN磨具强度,磨具外观,断口显微结构和气孔率等的检测和分析,以及结合剂热膨胀系数与CBN磨具热膨胀系数的匹配性等来分析BaO对CBN磨具用陶瓷结合剂性能的影响。BaO的加入可以降低结合剂的耐火度,提高结合剂的流动性。同时,BaO的加入可提高结合剂的热膨胀系数,使磨具的抗折强度降低。

Title the influence of the CBN abrasive tools with vitrified bond when add BaO in different levels
Abstract
Vitrified bond CBN grinding tool is made of ceramic binder phase (glass phase) as a bridge to combine the CBN abrasive and abrasive. This graduation design is mainly research on the properties of CBN abrasive tools with ceramic bond, through adding different content of BaO in the bond, the alkaline metal oxides BaO effect on the properties of low temperature sintering ceramic bond, including binder, refractoriness of liquidity, expansion coefficient and strength calculation and estimation, and then for the preparation of ceramic bond and performance testing, experiment flow mainly includes plane method for determining the liquidity of bond and estimate the refractoriness of binder, to save raw material of this graduation design by making ordinary grinding tool to determine the best binder formula and the optimum sintering temperature after remanufacturing CBN grinding tools, through the strength of CBN abrasive tools, abrasive appearance, fracture microstructure and porosity of detection and analysis, and thermal expansion coefficient of bond and CBN abrasive tools of matching of thermal expansion coefficient to analyze BaO effect on the properties of CBN abrasive with ceramic bond.
