【文章编号】1007-9467（2009）08-0139-04项目经理在施工项目管理中的重要作用■ 王瑞卿（中国机械工业第四建设工程公司，郑州 450052）【摘 要】 施工项目管理能力的优劣往往成为施工企业在市场竞争最后决胜的关键因素，故介绍项目经理在施工项目管理 中的重要作用，以及项目经理成为优秀项目经理必须具备的 素质和技能。施工企业应着力培养、选拔，加强管理，让优秀项 目经理在施工管理中发挥作用。【关键词】项目经理；施工管理；重要作用project management1 施工项目管理与项目经理的关系施工项目管理是施工企业为达到一个特定目标 而将人力资源和其他资源结合成一体，短期实施的 生产组织管理，是以单体项目为对象，把各种知识、 技能、手段和技术应用于其中，以工程项目的工期、 成本、质量、环境、职业健康安全等为主要目标，以实 现人们的需要和期望。施工项目是建安施工企业效 益的源泉，是建安施工企业展示自身综合实力的窗 口。项目管理是建安施工企业经营管理的最基层、最 基本的管理，项目施工展示水平的高低、施工质量的 优劣、安全、文明施工的好差，与项目管理有直接的 关系，所以建安施工企业把项目管理作为企业管理 的首要任务和重要内容来抓，把其作为一切管理工 作的落脚点。随着经济全球化进程的加快和我国对 外开放的深入，施工项目管理也逐步与国际惯例接 轨，这就对项目管理提出了更高的要求。由于国际、国内建筑市场竞争的加剧，作为买方 市场的业主对市场的要求和期望越来越高，这就迫 使施工企业更多的关注和适应业主的需求变化，不 断更新经营观念，提升项目管理理念，加大项目管理 力度，提高项目管理水平。我们常讲，思路决定出路， 执行决定结果，企业要达到项目管理的目标，是要通 过项目的主要执行者—项目经理来实现的。项目经139【中图分类号】F284【文献标志码】AThe Important role of Project Manager inConstruction Project ManagementWANG Rui-qing【Abstract】To Constructionenterprises,advantagesanddisadvantages of Construction project management capacity is thekey factor of market competition final run-off, and construction project management is achieved by the major executives- the project manager.In construction project management, the important role of Project manager in the following five aspects:1.
