哈尔滨 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract Brain tumor is a kind of disease that does harm to humanity. In the brain the space is very narrow, and the nerve and blood vessel are very dense in brain. So it’s very dangerous to take the brain surgery. Just one mistake, it would lead to the patients lost certain functions, and even destroy the brain organization around it. This paper develops a brain tumors heating curing instrument, which is based on the endogenetic field. It works by heating the ion and polity elements in the tumors organization, making the molecule twist and fracture. In that way, the temperature in the brain tumors is 3~7°C higher than the normal organization, and kills the brain tumor. This paper is based on the research of RF theory. According to a lot of medical research, this paper finds the waveform and frequency of treating brain tumors. After system simulation and circuit design, the assembly work of the first generation of brain tumors has been finished. The main work includes designing the hardware and software architecture of RF system, designing the hardware and software of control system and controlling temperature intelligently, and so on. The instrument is better than the bind of microwave treating instrument, because it can kill the brain tumor in the deep position which microwave can’t reach. The merit of endogenetic field is beating uniformly and would not creat much high temperature in the fat. At present, the first generation of brain tumor treating instrument had been approved by the quality authentication of Heilongjiang province, and got the license to product. This treating instrument is going to the clinic experiment period. At the same time, the research work of the second generation of the instrument had begun, including the circuit design of intelligent testing temperature, safety guarding board and intelligent.
