磨料有序排布多层钎焊金刚石锯片的研制及其加工性能研究的中期报告 摘要: 本文介绍了一种新型的多层钎焊金刚石锯片,采用了磨料有序排布的方法,通过实验和测试,对其性能进行了验证和探究。通过对样品进行断口分析、硬度测试、切割试验等方面的研究,得出了该锯片具有较高的切割效率、较低的切削力和较好的耐磨性等优点。此外,还对该锯片进行了切割不同类型材料的试验,证明其在切割不同硬度、密度材料时都有较好的表现。 关键词: 钎焊金刚石锯片;磨料有序排布;切割效率;切削力;耐磨性 Abstract: This paper introduces a new type of multi-layer brazed diamond saw blade, which adopts the method of orderly arrangement of abrasives, and its performance has been verified and explored through experiments and tests. Through the study of fracture analysis, hardness testing and cutting experiments of the samples, it is concluded that the saw blade has the advantages of high cutting efficiency, low cutting force and good wear resistance. In addition, the saw blade was also tested for cutting different types of materials, proving that it has good performance when cutting materials with different hardness and density.
