精品 PAGE 精品 毕 业 论 文 第三方物流的机遇与风险分析 学 院：经济与管理学院 专 业：物流管理 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 完成时间： 年9月20日 年 9月 摘 要 随着我国经济的快速发展和现代科学技术的进步．物流产业作为国民经济中一个新兴的服务部门，正在全球范围内迅速发展。 在国际上，物流产业被认为是国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业．其发展程度成为衡量一国现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志之一。发达国家的实践表明，物流业正日益成为全球一个新的经济增长点。作为现代物流业发展方向的第三方物流，在我国起步较晚，在理论和实践方面都落后于发达国家，在发展中存在诸多机遇与风险，特别是随着全球经济一体化以及我国加入世贸组织，我国第三方物流发展面临着全新的机遇和挑战。那么制约我国第三方物流发展的因素是什么，为何我国第三方物流发展缓慢?面对居高不下的物流费用，应该采取怎样的政策措施才能使第三方物流快速高效的发展? 本文从第三方物流的概念、兴起、作用、运作模式及组织结构入手，在着重介分析了第三方物流发展的机遇分析、分险风析，提出了改善措施和控制策略，从树立正确的物流观念，创新服务和加强信息化建设，加强物流人才的培养和规范行业制度等方面来阐述，并对我国第三方物流发展作了简单探究分析。 关键词　第三方物流 机遇 风险 控制策略 Abstract With the rapid development of our economy and the advance of modern science and technology, logistics industry, as a newly arisen service sector in national economy, has been developing rapidly across the world. Internationally, logistics industry has been considered as the artery and basic industry for national economy development, thus its development level has become one of the most important symbol to judge a country’s degree of modernization and its comprehensive national power. Practice in developed countries shows that logistics industry has become a globally new economic growth engine with each passing day. While TPL(Third-Party Logistics) in our country, as a development direction for modern logistics industry, has been lagged behind that in developed countries both in theory and in practice aspect due to our late start of TPL in our country. Thus the development of TPL in our county is faced with many problems, especially with the development of global economy integration and after the entering of WTO of our country, the development of our TPL is faced with brand new opportunities and challenges. Well then, what are the factors that restrict our TPL development? Why TPL in our country is developing slowly?
