基于物元分析的一体化流程生产系统可靠性评价研究的中期报告
摘要:
本文基于物元分析,针对单一零件和多零件情况下的一体化流程生产系统,提出了一种可靠性评价方法。首先,利用模块化思想,将生产过程分解为若干个单一零件模块和多零件模块,并构建了系统的一体化流程图;其次,通过物元分析方法,对每个单一零件和多零件模块的故障模式与故障频率进行分析;最后,将各模块的故障模式与故障频率与相应的系统结构关系图相结合,得出了系统整体的可靠性指标,进一步得出了系统的故障重要度排序和故障预测分析。

Abstract:
Based on the physical element analysis, a reliability evaluation method for the integrated process production system under single component and multi-component situations was proposed. Firstly, the production process was decomposed into several single component modules and multi-component modules by modularization idea, and the integrated process diagram of the system was constructed; Secondly, the physical element analysis method was adopted to analyze the fault mode and failure frequency of each single component and multi-component module; Finally, combining the fault mode and failure frequency of each module with the corresponding system structure relationship diagram, the overall reliability index of the system was obtained, and the systems fault importance ranking and fault prediction analysis were further obtained.
