摘 要
本文介绍了化学镀镍技术的原理、特点和国内外发展历史,着重介绍了一套完整的镍钼磷化学镀工艺。通过在试样上进行化学镀镍钼磷试验,分析了镀液中各成分的作用。为获得质量好的化学镀镍钼磷镀层,在参考相关工艺研究的基础上,进行16次化学镀镍钼磷试验。试验结果用电子显微镜、表面观察等方法进行研究,获得了一套镀层质量好的化学镀镍钼磷工艺,其中镀液配比为:硫酸镍25g/L,次亚磷酸钠28g/L,柠檬酸钠20g/L,乳酸5g/L,醋酸钠15g/L,丁二酸15g/L ,十二烷硫酸钠0.02g/L , 钼酸钠从0到1.5g/L,pH值用氨水调节到8.5~8.8,施镀温度在85~90℃之间,时间t为120min时,即能得到较好的效果。 在摩擦磨损试验仪上进行磨损实验,试验表明在500g的载荷条件下随着摩擦速度的提高,平均摩擦系数先变大再变小,最大摩擦系数逐步变大,而磨损率呈下降趋势。

Research of Friction and Wear Property of Electroless Ni-Mo-P Plating
Electroless nickel plating technology and principle, characteristics and the development history is introduced in this article, and this paper especially presents a complete set of Ni-Mo-P chemical plating technology. Through the sample on metallic material electroless Ni-Mo-P plating experiment, the different role of every ingredient in electroless plating solution is analysed. For getting the best conditions of electroless Ni-Mo-P plating technology on metallic material, in reference to related technology research and through 16 times testing of electroless Ni-Mo-P plating on metallic material , test results with the observation of electronic microscope and eyes for plating surface of workpiece explores a set of good electroless Ni-Mo-P processes, including: Nickel sulfate 25g/L, Inferior sodium phosphite 28g/L, Sodium molybdate from 0 to1.5 g/L, Sodium citrate 20g/L , Lactic acid 5g/L , Sodium acetate 15g/L , Succinic acid 15g/L ,PH for 8.5 to 8.8 with the adjustment by ammonia, plating temperature in 90 degrees Celsius, the time for 120min. And there will be a good effect according to the above-mentioned method .On the friction and wear tester for wear test, the tests show that the500g load conditions along with the rising of the friction speed, the average friction coefficient, the maximum friction coefficient while the wear rate assumes the drop tendency.
