Abstract
With the new technology development in recent years, the application of SCM is developing very rapidly. And a microcomputer application of new technology revolution wave is flourishing, the application of SCM has penetrated into electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, machinery, food, oil and other industries.
The traditional temperature sampling method not only time-consuming, and poor precision, microcontroller of the collection of temperature and data processing problem can be solved. According to the function requirement, this system with AT89S52 put forward the feasibility schemes. And took one of the most economical, most reliable, highest rate schemes.
Using a single bus DS18B20 programmable temperature sensor to achieve collection and conversion the temperature. Simplifying the circuit. Some systems widely used the circuit is the thermal resistance and thermocouple temperature detection circuit or PN junction through the corresponding signal circuit, converts A/D converter can receive the analog, through sampling/keep on A/D circuit chip and eventually into the periphery of the circuit, and the corresponding control. But because of the traditional signal circuit, realizing complex, difficult to control the interference and precision. Introduces microcontroller combined temperature control system design, DS18B20, therefore, this system using a new kind of programmable temperature sensor (DS18B20). Do not need complex signal circuit and A/D circuit chip. It can directly and complete data acquisition and processing. It realized easy and high precision. And according to different requirements it can be used in all occasions.
