茵芋扦插不定根影响效应   摘 要:针对影响茵芋插穗不定根诱导发育这一关键要素,对基质类型、激素类型、激素浓度等因素进行分组试验及其效应分析,探讨影响茵芋扦插不定根发育因子及其理论,为茵芋驯化栽培与扦插繁殖提供理论依据。试验表明,16种基质、5种激素及其7种浓度水平对茵芋插穗不定根发育具极显著效应。其中:珍珠岩+泥炭(6∶4)、珍珠岩+河沙(6∶4)、珍珠岩+泥炭+河沙(3∶4∶3)、珍珠岩+红心土(4∶6)、珍珠岩+红心土(6∶4)、珍珠岩+泥炭+红心土(3∶4∶3)等6种基质对不定根促进效应突出,5种激素对不定根发育均有显著促进效应,IBA+NAA、IAA+NAA、IBA、NAA等4种激素对不定根发育具有显著的浓度效应;基质与激素对插穗不定根发育的交互作用不显著,但基质与激素浓度的交互效应差异极显著,珍珠岩+泥炭(6∶4)、珍珠岩+河沙(6∶4)、珍珠岩+泥炭+河沙(3∶4∶3)与激素浓度(1 200+1 200)mg?L-1的交互促进作用突出。茵芋插穗不定根发育的最佳组合为:珍珠岩+泥炭(60%∶ 40%),IBA+NAA激素及其(1 200+1 200) mg?L-1的激素浓度。   关键词:茵芋;扦插;植物生长素;基质;不定根   中图分类号:S615 文献标识码:A DOI 编码:10.3969/j.issn.1006-6500.2016.12.033   Influence of Cuttings on Adventitious Roots Formation of Skimmia reevesiana   ZHENG Tianhan1, ZHANG Zhicai2, LI Yong2, ZHENG Xueyan2, LAN Siren3   (1. Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Fuzhou, Fujian 350002, China)   Abstract: This paper focused on the key factor to adventitious roots formation of Skimmia reevesiana cuttings. In the test, types of matrix, types of hormone and hormone concentrations were studied and analyzed by grouping antitheses to discuss the effecting factors and theoretic of adventitious roots formation of Skimmia reevesiana cuttings, and it can provide theoretical reference for domesticate cultivation and cutting propagation of Skimmia reevesiana. The results showed that sixteen matrices, five hormones and seven hormone concentrations had very significant effects on adventitious roots formation of Skimmia reevesiana cuttings separately, and six kinds of matrices had significant positive effects on adventitious roots development, including the mixture of perlite and peat in a ratio of 6∶4, the mixture of perlite and river sand in a ratio of 6∶4, the mixture of perlite, peat and river sand in a ratio of 3∶4∶3, the mixture of perlite and red soil in a ratio of 4∶6, the mixture of perlite and red soil
