带混合源和负载耦合的基片集成波导滤波器

[ 摘 要 ] 本文提出一种带混合源和负载耦合的基片集成波导线性相位滤波器。通过引入两个开口环结构
到基片集成波导滤波器中实现混合源和负载耦合,从而得到准椭圆特性。基于耦合矩阵理论,
详细地验证了该类滤波器的电响应。基于标准单层印刷电路板(PCB)工艺,设计并加工实现
了一款四阶基片集成波导滤波器。测试与仿真结果吻合的较好,结果显示该类滤波器具有三个
传输零点和平滑带内时延。

[ Abstract ] A linear phase substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) filter with mixed source and load
coupling (MSLC) is presented in this paper. Two open-loop structures are introduced to
achieve MSLC for quasi-elliptic function. Electric responses of the filter are studied in detail
by coupling matrix theory. A fourth-order filter sample is designed and fabricated on
single-layered printed circuit board (PCB) technology. Good agreements are obtained
between the measured and simulated S-parameters. Then, three transmission zeros and flat
group delay can be obtained.

1 前言
在无线和移动通信系统中,由于各种非线性元件的存在,致使输出的信号会产生一定
的相位失真,因此,具有线性相位特性的滤波器在通信系统中占据着重要地位[1]。在传统
交叉耦合拓扑结构中,为了实现线性相位特性,需要将交叉耦合与直接耦合设为同种性质
[2]。与此同时,为了保证信号的完整性,希望具有线性相位的滤波器也拥有较为陡峭的边
带。
