山东经济学院学士学位论文 山东财经大学本科学期论文  PAGE 6 山东财经大学本科学期论文 山 东 财 经 大 学(筹) 本科学期论文 设计(论文)题目: 中小企业吸引人才的策略研究 指导教师: 吴书光 学 号: 2009120033 姓 名: 杨隽辉 公共管理学院(部)公共事业管理 专业2009级 山东经济学院教务处制 2011年12月1日 中小企业吸引人才策略研究 摘要 中小企业在国民经济中起重要作用,它不仅为国家和社会创造财富,而且还可以吸收大量的劳动力。同时,中小企业的繁荣和发展也关系到国计民生、社会安定等诸多方面,是实现我国经济社会全面发展的重要因素。现代企业的竞争,归根到底是人才和人力资源的竞争。在中小企业生存和发展的过程中,人才起到了关键性的作用。在制约中小企业发展的诸多因素中,中小企业人力资源方面的局限最为突出,中小企业在资源、规模、声望等方面和大企业相比处于劣势,吸引人才对于中小企业来说尤其关键。因此,中小企业只有从战略高度重视人才,树立正确的人才观念,创造吸引人才的条件,建立人才选拔和招聘体制,建立相应的人才培训机制,才能更好地吸引和留住人才。 关键词:中小企业;人才;人力资源;吸引策略 The Research of the Strategy to attract talent in the small and medium-sized enterprise ABSTRACT Small and medium-sized enterprises plays an important role in the national economy.It is not only for the state and society to create wealth,but also for absorbing a large munber of labour. At the same time,the development and prosperity of the small and medium-sized enterprise are related to social stability,livelihood,and so on.In competition of the modern enterprise,one of the most part is the talent and human resources of the competition.so,talent has rozen to the key factorin in the survival and the process of development of small and medium-sized enterprise.In restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of the many factors,the limited of human resource obvioused the most.Compared to large enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises at the disadvantage in resources,the scale,the prestige,etc. Attract talent is especially key for small and medium-sized enterprise.So,small and medium-sized enterprise only pay great attention to the talents,sets up the correct concept of talent,create conditions to attract talent,establish talent selection and recruitment system,and establish a corresponding system of personnel training from the strategic, can better attract and retain talents.
