摘　　要 目前，大部分的水泵控制采用传统的电力拖动方式，水泵在工频下恒速运转，对于流量的控制是利用调节阀门的开度来实现的，这样一方面造成了能源的较大浪费，另一方面容易造成水锤效应。采取恒压供水的方式，可以解决传统供水存在的诸多弊端，由于交流变频技术的不断成熟及完善，可以方便地组成恒压供水系统。本介绍了变频恒压现状、变频恒压供水模式及本课题完成的工作对本用到的PLC进行了重点介绍利用进行供水监控系统设计，设计过程包括：创建新工程、定义数据变量、制作图形画面、进行动画连接等，进行变频器、电气图纸及PLC程序设计，根据功能需要设置变频器功能代码，图纸包括操作面板及一次原理图、变频器接线图、PLC外部接线图、PLC程序框图，最后应用STEP7-MicroWIN_V4编程软件进行PLC程序编制，所编制的PLC程下载到PLC，并进行了调试。本设计利用监控系统及现场操作箱可实现操作室及现场的两地控制，并可进行自动与手动、本地与远控、变频与工频的切换。组态主画面直观，可以显示。本设计可广泛应用于生活供水、高楼供水、工业用水等场合，实现节能、操作维护方便、安全可靠的目的，并为类似系统的工业设计提供了一种可行的设计方法。Abstract At present, most of the pumps used to be controlled by the traditional way, this refers to the water pumps running under constant speed, the flow control is achieved by operating valves. On the one hand, this results in energy’s waste, on the other hand, it leads to “water hammer effect” easily. The way of constant pressure water supply call solve these questions. The system of constant pressure water supply can be made easily due to the development of inverter, and the current situation of water supply, the mode of constant pressure water supply, and the major job of this project are introduced, the control scheme is established on the basis of discussion of different options ,and the classical control theory is used to analyze the system, and the inverter and PLC are briefed and the principle of inverter and energy-saving theory are expounded, the monitoring and the control system are designed by WinCC, the design process includes: the creation of a new project, the definition of variables of WinCC and animation connection. PLC programming, and the inverter function codes are designed , the drawings include: the operation panel and a schematic, the inverter wiring diagram, the PLC external wiring diagram and PLC programming frame. The design includes the switches of local and remoter, automatic and manual. The main visual screen can display the current of inverter , measured value of pressure ,and setting value of pressure.
