高炉矿渣成棉的调质研究刘晓玲 1,周辰辉 2,冉松林 1,陈 贺 1,朱义文 2,樊传刚 1(1.安徽工业大学 材料科学与工程学院,安徽 马鞍山 243002;2.马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司 技术中心,安徽 马鞍山 243000)摘要:分别以石英砂、粉煤灰、页岩作为高炉矿渣的成棉调质剂,通过改变调质剂的添加量来配制不同酸度系数的调质矿渣。采用旋转柱体法测定 3 种调质矿渣熔体的黏度,研究调质矿渣熔体的稳定性和酸度系数随原料组成的变化关系,以及调质剂化 学组成对调质矿渣熔融温度及黏度的影响,并进一步研究页岩调质矿渣的高温黏度特性。结果表明:达到相同酸度系数的调 质矿渣需添加的调质剂为石英砂最少,页岩次之,粉煤灰最多;调质矿渣达到同一黏度(如 8 Pa·s)时,页岩调质矿渣所需熔化温 度最低,酸度系数为 1.4 时的熔化温度低至 1 410 ℃;以页岩为调质剂调质到矿渣酸度系数 1.2 以上时,矿渣的短渣属性消失,表 现出典型的长渣特性。关键词:高炉矿渣;矿棉;调质剂;酸度系数;黏度中图分类号:X757文献标志码:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.1671-7872.2013.01.002Investigation on Composition Modulation of BlastFurnace Slag for Wool ProducingLIU Xiaoling1, ZHOU Chenhui2, RAN Songlin1, CHEN He1, ZHU Yiwen2, FAN Chuangang1(1.School of Materials Science and Engineering, Anhui University of Technology, Maanshan 243002, China;2. Ltd., Maanshan 243000, China)Abstract: Quartz sand, fly ash and shale were respectively used to modulate the composition of the blast furnace slag(BFS) for mineral wool producing. The modulated BFS with different acidity coefficient (AC) was prepared by changing the content of the modulating agent. The viscosities of three kinds of molten BFS and the relationship between the viscosity and molten temperature were systematically investigated through rotating cylinder method. The relationship between the component of the raw materials and stability of the modulated slag, and the relationship between the component of the raw materials and AC of the modulated slag were analyzed systemically. And the influence of the component of modulating agents on the molten temperature and viscosity of the modulated BFS samples was also discussed. Furthermore the viscosity features at high temperature of shale modulated BFS was also studied. It is shown that the same AC of the modulated BFS required the amount of the modulating agents in the order of the quartz sand, the shale and fly ash from the least to the most.
