浙江机电职业技术学院毕业设计说明书 毕业设计说明书 课题名称:伊兰特发动机电控系统常见故障的诊断与检修 伊兰特发动机电控系统常见故障的诊断与检修 摘要 本课题研究的是伊兰特发动机电控系统的检测与故障诊断知识,介绍了汽车发动机电控系统的概述和伊兰特发动机电控系统故障诊断基本知识、伊兰特发动机电子设备的故障诊断、伊兰特发动机电控系统的检修以及伊兰特发动机电控系统常见故障的检修等。 在发动机电控系统的概述中分别介绍了电控点火装置(ESA)、电子燃油喷射系统(EFI)、废气再循环控制(EGR)、怠速控制(ISC)、气门正时控制、二次空气喷射、油气蒸发控制等,论述了它们的组成、工作原理和作用。在故障诊断基本知识章节中 介绍了电控系统诊断的注意事项、常用工具与常用仪器、故障诊断与检修的一般程序与基本方法等。在电子设备的故障诊断章节中介绍了汽车线路及电子设备的特点以及电路故障诊断与检修要点。在第五章节中介绍了发动机各电控系统的检修,具体论述了各系统检修的方法,步骤,及注意事项等,并附加了流程图和表格图片。在最后一章中介绍了电控系统常见故障的诊断与检修,列举了一些常见的维修案例,论述了故障的现象、可能的原因及故障排除方法等。 现代汽车电控系统的特点,主要体现在功能集约化、控制电子化和连接标准化上,在分析电控系统的故障时,一定要了解电器、电子设备的结构、功能和特点,各电控系统的组成、功用和工作原理,以及各种常见故障的现象、原因和排除方法等。 关键词:伊兰特发动机电控系统;组成;工作原理;故障;检修 This research is elantra of electronic engine control system detection and diagnosis knowledge, this paper reviewed the automobile engine control system outline and elantra engine control system fault diagnosis basic knowledge, elantra engine electronic equipment fault diagnosis, elantra of electronic engine control system maintenance and elantra engine control system of the common faults etc. Overhaul In electronic engine control system are introduced in the introduction to the electronic ignition devices (ESA), electronic fuel injection system (EFI), waste gas recirculation control (an EGR), idle speed control (ISC), valve timing control, secondary air sparging, oil and gas evaporation control, this paper their composition, working principle and effect. Basic knowledge in fault diagnosis chapters Introducing electronic control system diagnostic precautions, commonly used tools with common instrument, fault diagnosis and maintenance of general procedures and basic methods. In the electronic equipment fault diagnosis chapter introduces automotive line and electronic equipment of characteristic and circuit fault diagnosis and overhaul.
