打印长度不够故障原因：1、走纸系统或托架速度过于快或慢； 2、主板校准设置未保存； 3、用卡尺测量走纸轮的外径；
解决方法：1、把托架速度数值调为最佳状态； 2、进行纵轴线测试，将测绘的实际数 ???? 值替代原来的娄值83.82cm； 3、走纸轮的外径应为64.3cm，大了走 ???? 长，小了走短；The printing length is not enough.
Sources of Troubles：
1、Paper-throw systerm or bracket speed is too fast or too slow;
2、The mother board adjustment set doest save;
3、Using callipers to measure the outside diameter of the roller;
Solution：
1、Adjust speed data of the bracket to the best conditon；
2、Axis test:The detailed operation:choose the printing axis test
in miscellenous function menu from the main menu.
With the actual instead of the original data 83.82m；
3、The outside diameter of Paper-throw wheel is 64.3m,
nether too long nor too short；
打印过程中，出现断墨或滴墨现象，但暂停或抽过墨头后又正常.
故障原因：
1、供墨管道系统连接松动；
2、墨库与墨头内墨水过多
或过少；
解决方法：
1、拧紧贮墨管管帽或加固密封墨头与插针连接口；
2、墨库中墨水的容量应为其2/3，墨头内的墨水为20ml；
During printing,it appears ink leakage, but it recovers after a pause or pumping the cartridge.
Sources of Troubles:
1.The connecting of ink-supply-systerm becomes flexible.
2.The driving board and cartridge have overmuch or little ink.
Solution：
1.Tighten the ink pipe cap or confirm the interface of the seal cartridge
and the contact pin;
2.The ink capacity in the reservior should be its 2/3, and in the cartridge
should be 20ml;
机器正常换上纸之后，写真机却无法打印
故障原因：
纸是非标准纸，写真机检测不到纸；
解决方法：
重新装载打印载体或更换标准纸张；
After changing the paper normally,the machine cant print
Sources of Troubles：
The papers are under standard, so the printer cant check the papers；
Solution：
Reset the Printing load media or replace standard papers；
图象输出有条纹
故障原因：
墨头出现堵塞或到达寿命
解决方法：
1、先要打印清洗测试条，如果墨头喷嘴显示有黑色色块，一般说明此墨头喷嘴已经被损坏，无法继续进行使用；如果墨头喷嘴中间有断线，一般说明此墨头喷嘴被堵塞，可以通过清洁继续使用。可以用吸墨器来完成清洁，也可拿下来进行手工清洗。清洗方法是先用温水泡几分钟左右，再用不带纸屑的软纸或专配软布轻沾墨头或自然晾干，切忌擦拭墨头，干燥后再开始打印；
2、换新喷头；

Solution：
Printing the test strip first, the ink gun nozzle was destroyed if it shows
a blacklump.
