PAGE 毕业设计（论文）说明书 题目：中小企业财务管理存在的问题及解决对策 系 名 管理系 专 业 财务管理 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 2012年 6 月 摘 要 中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,对经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的作用。目前，我国已注册的中小企业数量已达1000多万家，工业生产总值占全部工业生产总值60%以上，提供的就业机会约占全国社会就业机会的75%，约80%的新增就业人口是由中小企业吸收的。但由于其产出规模小,资本和技术构成较低、受传统体制和外部宏观经济影响大等因素,使得中小企业在财务管理方面存在着自身发展和市场经济均不适应的情况 。所以，分析中小企业财务管理中存在的问题并探讨解决问题的对策，从而促进中小企业的改革与发展，是当前会计界需要思考和解决的问题。本文针对目前中小企业存在融资困难、财务控制薄弱、管理模式僵化等问题提出了政府积极扶持、严格资金管理、改进会计处理方法、加强财会队伍建设的解决对策。 关键词：中小企业；财务管理；问题；解决对策 ABSTRACT Small and medium-sized enterprises are important components of the national economy, to economy development and social stability play a decisive role. At present, our country has registered small and medium-sized enterprise quantity already amounted to many 1000, the gross industrial output value accounted for over 60% of gross industrial production, to provide employment opportunities for social employment accounted for about75%, about 80% of new obtain employment population is made up of small and medium enterprises absorption. But because of its small size output, lower capital and technologies, by the traditional system and external factors such as macro-economic impact, the small and medium enterprises in the financial management of the existence of its own development and market economy are not suited to the situation. Therefore, the analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management problems and to explore the countermeasures to solve the problems, so as to promote the reform and development of mid-small enterprises, is the current accountant need to think and solve problems. This article in view of the current SME financing difficulties, weak financial control, rigid management model and other problems of the government to actively support, strict financial management, improve accounting methods, strengthen money meeting team construction countermeasures.
