l 哈尔滨德强商务学院毕业论文 浙江省茶叶出口存在的问题及应对策略 摘 要 在贸易与环境关系问题受到国际社会广泛关注的背景下，无论是世界贸易组织与贸易相关的环境措施，还是多边环境协定与环境相关的贸易措施，它们都有一个主要的载体，那就是绿色贸易壁垒。 浙江省作为我国茶叶出口的一个重要省份，茶叶是其最主要的传统产业之一，具有明显的价格优势、资源优势，一直以来在国民经济中占有极为重要的位置。但是近几年来在绿色贸易壁垒兴起的背景下，浙江省茶叶出口原先的价格、劳动力和资源优势已经逐渐失去往日的比较优势，出口前景不容乐观。为此，浙江省只有积极应对绿色壁垒，努力提升产品的国际竞争力，才能实现茶叶出口的可持续发展。 本文在对绿色壁垒的背景进行回顾后，指出了研究的目的和意义。接着分析了绿色壁垒的成因、表现形式、特点、发展趋势和相关的理论研究。在理论分析的基础上，文章系统地阐述了绿色壁垒对浙江省茶叶出口的双重影响和目前浙江省茶叶出口存在的主要问题，提出了应对绿色壁垒的策略，得出了浙江省只有培育竞争优势刁能促进出口发展的研究结论。 关键词：绿色壁垒；茶叶出口；影响 Zhejiang Tea export problems and coping strategies Abstract As international community pays more and more attention to the issue of the relationship between trade and the environment, both the environment measures related to trade under WTO framework and the trade measures related to environment in multilateral environment agreements，share the same vehicle，namely the green trade barriers. Being one of Chinese import tea export provinces，Zhejiang has an obvious price and source advantage in the competition of tea exports.
