船用配电柜底座结构优化设计

摘要:针对船用配电柜受到外部冲击可能发生功能失效这一现象,对船用配电柜底座结构进行优化
设计,在允许的外形尺寸和重量范围内通过优化结构型式增强其抗冲击性能。采用有限元法对使用扁
钢、矩形钢、槽钢和U型钣金作为底座支撑梁的四种配电柜底座进行抗冲击仿真计算,得到他们的抗
冲击响应应力和变形,并进行对比分析,得到重量相同,尺寸最小,抗冲击性能最强和性价比最高的
配电柜底座结构型式,可以为同类型的设备底座结构设计提供参考。

Abstract:Inviewofthephenomenonthatthemarinedistributioncabinetmayhavefunctionalfailure
duetoexternalimpact,thebasestructureofthemarinedistributioncabinetisoptimized,andits
impactresistanceisenhancedbyoptimizingthestructuraltypewithintheallowableoverallsizeand
weightrange.Usingthefiniteelementmethod,theimpactresistancesimulationcalculationiscarried
outforfourkindsofdistributioncabinetbasesusingflatsteel,rectangularsteel,channelsteeland
U-shapedsheetmetalasthebasesupportbeamtoobtaintheirimpactresistanceresponsestressand
deformation.Throughcomparativeanalysis,thedistributioncabinetbasestructuretypewiththesame
weight,thesmallestsize,thestrongestimpactresistanceandthehighestcostperformanceisobtained,
whichcanprovideareferenceforthestructuraldesignofthesametypeofequipmentbase.
